1. Scope
This policy describes how HALPERIN VENTURES LLC, 8377 NW 39th Ct, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024, handles personal information in the Venuvara platform. It describes the processing that the platform actually performs today.
Venuvara is used by customer organizations to run their own workspaces. For information a customer organization puts into its workspace — event records, contacts, guests, vendors, documents and related details — that organization decides what is collected and how it is used. We process that information on its behalf so the software can operate. Requests about workspace content should be directed to the organization that operates the workspace.
2. Information the platform holds
Accounts and access:
- Email address and password credentials, or a Google sign-in, used to authenticate you.
- Profile details you provide, such as a display name.
- Workspace membership, role and permission assignments, and invitation records (invited email address, role, invitation status).
Workspace content entered by users of a customer organization:
- Events, tasks, calendars, customers and contacts, vendors and suppliers, guests and attendees, proposals, approvals, change requests, communications, notes and financial records such as budget lines and payments.
- Files and images uploaded as documents, attachments or media.
- Records of activity in the workspace, including audit and operations log entries that capture who performed certain actions and when, used for security and accountability.
- In-app notifications generated by activity in the workspace.
3. How the information is used
- To authenticate users and enforce workspace, role and record-level access rules.
- To provide the platform's event, task, document, guest, vendor and reporting features.
- To send account and workspace email, such as sign-in confirmations, password resets, invitations and task notifications.
- To generate assistant responses when a user chooses to use an in-app AI feature.
- To maintain audit records and investigate security or misuse issues.
4. Service providers that process data for us
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure) — authentication, database and file storage for the platform.
- Lovable email delivery — sending authentication email such as confirmations, magic links and password resets.
- Resend — sending application and workspace email such as invitations and notifications.
- Lovable AI Gateway — processing the prompt and relevant context when a user uses an in-app AI assistant feature.
- Google — only when a user chooses Google sign-in, to verify that account.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Sharing inside and outside a workspace
Access within a workspace is controlled by roles, permissions and per-record visibility settings chosen by the customer organization. Records marked internal are not exposed to customer, vendor or attendee participants. Where a workspace shares a record externally — for example through a customer, vendor or guest portal, or a shared link — that sharing is initiated by the workspace, not by us.
We may disclose information where required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
6. Cookies and local storage
- Sign-in session (local storage) — keeps you signed in between page loads. Cleared when you sign out.
- Sidebar state (cookie) — remembers whether the navigation is collapsed. Expires after about seven days.
- Remembered workspace (local storage) — returns you to the workspace you last used.
- Interface preferences (local storage) — small settings such as saved list and view options.
- Cookie notice acknowledgement (local storage) — remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice so it is not shown again.
You can clear these at any time through your browser settings. Clearing them signs you out and resets your interface preferences.
7. Security
Access to workspace data is enforced at the database level through row-level security policies, tenant isolation and permission checks, in addition to controls in the interface. Uploaded files are stored in access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Retention and deletion
Account, workspace and uploaded content are retained while the workspace remains active. A workspace administrator can delete records from within the platform. For deletion of an account or an entire workspace, contact the operator of your workspace, or write to us at the address below.
9. Children
The platform is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
